Leadership Bios

Tim Giehll, Chief Executive Officer

Tim brings 24 years of financial, operational, and technology management experience to eEmpACT Software since he became CEO in 1998. He has an MBA from the College of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN and has held increasingly responsible leadership positions in large companies such as Manpower, Sequent Computer Systems, Control Data Corporation and Supercomputer Systems Inc. and also in startup companies such as Chen Systems Corporation and American Coating Technology, Inc.

Ned Boddie, Vice President of Technology

Ned has over 22 years of software development and customer support experience with several different companies. Areas of expertise include client server environments, object oriented development, and management of complex projects spanning both development and implementation of multi-site systems. Companies Ned has worked for include Computer Automation, Datapoint and Market Investment Solutions. He has also previously run his own software company.

Shane Tinnin, Vice President of Development & Support

Shane has 12 years of system development experience, specializing in marketing systems, financial applications and web strategies. After earning his computer science degree, Shane constructed advanced marketing systems for the hotel and gaming industry. He has over eight years of experience in the staffing industry, including four years with Spherion. Recently, Shane served as Director of Information Technology for the American Summit Companies, which include WealthSpring Mortgage and ClearRock Title. Prior to becoming the VP of Development, Shane had four years experience with eEmpACT in the product development and consulting services departments.

Susan Wurst, Vice President of Consulting Services & Account Management

Susan brings a broad range of human resource and staffing experience to eEmpACT Software. She worked a staffing desk for four years at Olsten, giving her a firsthand understanding of the challenges eEmpACT customers face. She was the branch operations manager for a staffing office and was responsible for payroll, client sales, recruiting and employee development. Susan also worked as a Human Resources Manager with Borg Warner Protective Services and gained valuable knowledge of training, workers compensation, employee relations and compensation/benefits. Since coming to eEmpACT Software in 1996, Susan has held various positions including: Trainer, Training Manager, Director of Product and Customer Services, VP of Sales and Services, as well as her current position.

Claudette Jaswa, Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Claudette has been with eEmpACT since February of 2004 and was part of the acquisition of DataForce. She was part of the management team with DataForce Systems since 1995 as Vice-President of Sales and Marketing. She has previously held the positions of Marketing Representative and Sales and Marketing Manager. Upon receiving her degree from Brenau University, Claudette cultivated her career in the staffing industry, becoming an influential part of operations management in the Atlanta market with Manpower. Prior to joining DataForce, she was an Area Sales Manager with Kelly Services. Her responsibilities at eEmpACT include market share growth, the expansion of market place awareness and development of communication programs.

Lisa Leslie , Vice President of Finance & Human Resources

Lisa joined the eEmpACT team in September of 1997 and has held a variety of positions including Accountant, Controller, Director of Finance & Human Resources and most recently, VP of Finance & Human Resources. Prior to eEmpACT, Lisa worked at BTC Management as a Controller's Assisant and at a CPA firm as a paraprofessional. She received her accounting degree in 1992 and enjoys reading and watching her two boys play sports, especially hockey.
