Dalyce Brell’s Industry Experience Bolsters Strong Sales Team

MINNEAPOLIS, MN. (December 12, 2008) – Continuing to strengthen its market position, industry leader eEmpACT Software, a Bond International Software company, has hired the VP of PreSales from one of its competitors.

Dalyce Brell, Assistant VP of PreSales at Eagan-based TempWorks, comes onboard at eEmpACT Software as a Sales Territory Manager reporting to Claudette Jaswa, VP of Sales and Marketing.  Jaswa comments, “I’m excited that Dalyce has decided to be part of our team.  She will enhance the strength of our sales team through a unique combination of industry and staffing software knowledge.” Jaswa continues, “Dalyce comes highly recommended based on her energetic and personable style.  She brings an element of professionalism and a positive attitude that will augment our sales team.”

The knowledge Brell brings from exposure to Recruiting and Staffing Software, as well as industry associations like the American Staffing Association, Staffing Industry Analysts, TempNet and the Florida Staffing Association ensures a win/win for both Brell and eEmpACT.

Her industry experience speaks volumes as Brell reflects, “With over 16 years of staffing industry experience that encompasses working at Manpower and TempWorks, I know what it takes to work each part of a staffing organization. I have enjoyed being able to interact with almost every TempWorks client, which helps me understand both individual and collective needs in staffing.”

When asked what attracted her to joining the eEmpACT Software team, Brell offered, “I saw structure and accountability within the organization that is very attractive in today’s market. I look forward to the backing of the Company and its stability.

It is this stability that eEmpACT Software President and CEO Tim Giehll affirms “With so much uncertainty in the industry, eEmpACT is expanding at a time when other software companies of all kinds are struggling just to survive, and the hiring of Brell is just the latest in a series of moves that have shaken up the staffing and recruiting software industry considerably.” Giehll continues, “This hire reaffirms that we are a stable industry partner, in for the long haul with each of our customers and prospects.  You are not only receiving a strong ROI on your staffing software with our solution, but you also are investing in your peace of mind with both our services and our team.”

Brell surmises, “I’m excited to be able to utilize my 16 years of industry experience to work for a product I believe in and genuinely offer to help customers make smart business decisions in a trying economy.”
