Attention!
eEmpACT Opens New West Coast Office in California!
As the staffing industry continues to grow,
eEmpACT recently opened a brand new office to further leverage
new market opportunities and continue to lead the staffing
industry in offering an integrated staffing software solution.
Located near San Francisco, in Walnut Creek, CA, the
new office will provide a more central location to the West
Coast’s estimated 3,500 staffing companies currently in
operation. “By providing local resources to a region that is
saturated with staffing companies is a win-win for both
eEmpACT and our customers,” said eEmpACT President & CEO
Tim Giehll. “When 30% of all staffing companies in the United
States are located on the West Coast, it’s our responsibility
[as part of the industry] to establish a physical presence and
build awareness in an area that can greatly benefit from our
solutions. The office also provides further growth for the
company as it expands into additional human capital management
software areas.”
Stationed at the new location will be long-time staffing
industry veteran Sean Gogan. As the new West Coast Sales
Territory Manager for eEmpACT, Gogan brings more than nine
years of experience in the staffing industry, as well as a
thorough understanding of the software. He formerly worked at
Renoir Staffing and KEY Resources, both eEmpACT customers and
also is a California Accredited Consultant. In addition, he is
a past President of the Golden Gate Chapter of the California
Staffing Professionals (CSP) and was on the state board of CSP
in 2005-2006.
eEmpACT’s West Coast office is just one
of three new office openings worldwide this summer for Bond
International Software. Recently the Bond Adapt division,
based in Richmond, VA, opened a location in San Diego and the
Bond headquarters in the UK launched a new office in Hong
Kong.

| Zip Code Clean-up Program
Think about it: is your data slowing you
down?
You know the value of getting orders and being able to fill
them fast and efficiently. The speed at which that is
accomplished can determine the success of your staffing
business, and having the correct information plays an integral
part. With eEmpACT's Version 13 new Zip Code Clean-up Program,
you can be rest assured your existing eEmpACT database is
populated with all of the valid city, state, zip and county
information from the United States Postal Service
(USPS)*.
So ask yourself, "just how clean is my data?"
Imagine all those years of data entry - you're likely to have
hundreds, maybe thousands of invalid, mis-spelled or poorly
formatted city, state and zip code combinations. Now picture
all the checks and invoices you've had returned for invalid
address information. We'd like to help you avoid filtering
through unnecessary data while wondering how to input
information when you encounter a new zip code - all with our
Zip Code Clean-up Program. Click below to learn more and

CEO Update
As the summer winds down, eEmpACT revs up for
fall
It’s hard to believe how fast summer goes. We hope you’ve
been able to enjoy this fun time of year; perhaps you still
have vacation plans in the next few months as the season wraps
up and we approach fall. From a business perspective, we also
hope the summer has treated you well.
At eEmpACT, the
summer has brought even more changes to the Bond family. As
you’ve discovered in this issue, Bond continues to expand its
global presence, with the newest offices opening in Hong Kong
and California. So what does this mean to you, as an eEmpACT
user? Maybe there’s not an immediate or direct correlation to
you and your staffing business, but it should give you piece
of mind and reinforce your confidence in partnering with a
company that is financially healthy and continuing to dominate
the global marketplace for staffing and recruiting
software.
Additionally, knowing that eEmpACT is part of a publicly
traded company should further strengthen your assurance of the
wise investment you made in selecting staffing software. I
encourage all of you to see for yourself how the company is
performing- Bond is conveniently listed on the London
Stock Exchange as “BDI.” So, even as Bond continues to
seek new ground in the future, every established division
within Bond, like eEmpACT, is just as vital as the latest
opportunity.
