Bond International Software Raises Growth Capital and
Releases 6 Month Financial Results
Placing of 2,287,735 new shares at $4.40
raises $10.1 Million for acquisitions
Bond International
Software, the parent company of eEmpACT Software, sold 2,287,735 of new
ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on August 8, 2007, at a
price of approximately $4.40 USD per Placing Share.
The resulting $10.1 Million USD of capital will be used to fund
acquisitions and additional growth initiatives in the US and
internationally.
The solid growth numbers are supported when interim results for the
first 6 months of 2007 were released on September 10, 2007. Group
revenues increased by 87% and underlying growth excluding acquisitions
were up by an impressive 14%.
"These are strong results with revenues increasing in all the
geographic areas in which we operate.", commented Steve Russell,
Group CEO for Bond International Software.
Russell also observed, "With a strong order book and prospect
list, we see good potential for the future growth of Bond".

eEmpACT now has a Quick
History feature. This feature allows you to quickly enter basic notes.
It is best used if you are not using history to email, code with mood
indicators or attach documents. Simply click on the Quick History icon,
type your note, and save.

Product Tips & Tricks
Helpful ways to save time in eEmpACT
every day
Favorites
in Reporter -
When you "right-click" with your mouse on a report, a
"My Favorites" folder will be created and automatically add
the report to that folder. You can add more or take out reports by
"right- clicking" on them.
Worksite Supplement - allows you to type specifics of a jobsite
once, and you can bring in those details on the Additional Information
Tab of an Order.
Customize Your Workstaion - you can do a "right-click"
on the white bar at the top of your screen or go to Utilities and
Workstation Setup to add icons, change your desktop view and add
Microsoft Office functions.

August and September Employees of the Month
David Peterson, Craig Bartow
August: David consistently steps up to the
plate to deliver a consistent high-level of service. In July, David had
several customer conversions on which to work, and worked many weekends
to ensure that the deadlines would be met.
September: Craig was nominated because he's been very helpful to
others within eEmpACT when they needed assistance on projects. He would
drop what he was doing to help answer questions. Craig assisted both
the Technology and Product Development areas to help resolve issues,
which allowed for deadlines on the projects to be met.
Congratulations to both of you on your hard work and dedication to the
team!

Welcome New Employee - Services Team Add New Team Member
Terri Edington
Terri joined eEmpACT on August 27th as an Implementation Consultant.
Originally from Proctor, Minnesota, a small town right outside of
Duluth, she completed her BS degree at the University of Wisconsin -
Superior majoring in Psychology with a minor in Personal and
Professional Communications. Terri recently completed her Masters of
Science in Organizational Management, specializing in Human Resource Management
from Capella University.
Terri moved from Duluth to San Diego for 2 years, and then came back to
Minnesota to go to graduate school. Before joining eEmpACT, Terri was a
HR Specialist at Capella University. In her spare time she enjoys
traveling, staying active by rollerblading, running, and biking. She
also enjoy boating and spending time at the beach in the summer.
