| Seven New Customer Wins For Month Of June
eEmpACT sales team generates 500+ new
users
eEmpACT Software recently welcomed seven new staffing
business clients from across the United States during the
month of June. With more than 500 combined new users, eEmpACT
will be implemented in various cities throughout California,
West Virginia, New York, New Hampshire, Kentucky, Texas and
Wisconsin.
"We are excited to bring each and every new
user on board," said eEmpACT VP of Sales & Marketing,
Claudette Jaswa. "The faster we can get them trained and
implemented, the more quickly they can utilize and benefit
from the features in the software, ultimately making each
business more competitive."
Below is a brief description of several of the new
customers:
United
Talent- A locally owned multi- branch staffing service,
United Talent has been providing temporary and full-time
employees to West Virginia business since 1967. United
specializes in clerical and industrial and will be utilizing
all eEmpACT products via our ASP model.
Leadpoint- A Phoenix-based company with four
branches, Leadpoint specializes in administrative, clerical,
customer service, light industrial/production, IT and medical
placement.
Mainstay Business Solutions- Since
2003, Mainstay has helped hundreds of business owners increase
productivity, manage costs, improve employee relations, and
ensure regulatory compliance. During that time, they have
processed nearly $750 million in payroll, generated W-2s for
over 129,000 employees, and paid out more than $16.5 million
in Workers' Compensation claims.
Technical
Needs- A Top 5 Fastest Growing Company in New Hampshire
for two years in a row, Technical Needs has multiple branches
servicing the New England area. They provide professional,
technical and traditional staffing.
Greystone
Staffing- GreyStone's divisions cover a wide spectrum of
temporary and permanent staffing which currently include
accounting, finance, creative services, IT, healthcare and
more. GreyStone serves the business communities of Long
Island, New Jersey and the five boroughs of New York.
SFS Group- A Wisconsin-based company
specializing in aviation staffing.
The recent spike in sales is attributed to eEmpACT's new
version 14 release, which is the only complete front and back
office staffing software available on the U.S. market. New
features such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Advanced
Scheduling and eConnect Web Portal have provided a complete
solution for those seeking robust, yet affordable staffing

Version 14 Upgrade Update
Transition to new version going
well
In last's month newsletter, we mentioned the upcoming
upgrades to Version 14 and details on how to schedule yours.
Since that time, eEmpACT has already scheduled more than 50
customers. Support Engineer Clark Haaland has been
coordinating the upgrades and urges customers to take
advantage of having Professional Services complete the
procedure.
"This is not a simple upgrade; it's a
technically complex and time-consuming procedure and we
encourage customers to use Professional Services," said Clark.

Feature added to UltraMATCH
New in Version 14!
Users are now able to delete a group of employees in the
middle of a list (ex. UltraMATCH). Previously you could only
delete from where you had highlighted to the top of the list
or from where you had highlighted to the bottom of the
list.
To delete a group in the middle of a list you can
either use function keys or right click
functionality.
Function Keys
- Click to highlight the first employee in the list that
you would like to delete
- Press F10
- Click to highlight the last employee on the list you
would like to delete (it will delete these 2 employees and
all of the employees in between them on the list)
- Press F12
Right Click
- Right click on the first employee in the list that you
would like to delete
- Select "Current Candidate=Beginning of Selection"
- Right click on the last employee on the list you would
like to delete (it will delete those 2 employees and all of
the employees in between them on the list)
- Select "Remove X candidates from [name of first emplyee]
to [name of last employee]"

database processes. - Date/ Time Helper - Spell Checks
- Employee, Customer, Order look-ups- will show Options
Menu
Target Skill Match- allows you to create a
list of potential customers who have previously stated a need
for a specific skill or skills. This is good for customer
marketing calls for your existing employee
pool.
Jump Button- you can jump to different
screens within a file (Employee, Customer, Order, etc) without
exiting your original file.
UltraMATCH Library-
archives saved UltraMATCH searches so you can use the
previously created searches for future job
orders. |

June: For nearly the past three years Clark has
played an integral role in the customer support department at

Consultant for more than two years, providing hands on
