Spring User Group Review
More than 40 users gather in
Minneapolis
The Second Annual Spring User Group held May 17 & 18
proved to be another success! Taking place at the Grand Lodge
Hotel & Waterpark in Bloomington, MN, attendees enjoyed a
variety of activites and training classes.
First time
attendee Jeanie Spielman from S&H Spherion in Beloit, WI,
found the user group beneficial. "I am a fairly new user and
came away with so much more knowledge of the company as a
whole and the software; thanks for a great presentation,"
Spielman said.
The two-day user conference featured
topics such as Product Tips & Tricks presented by Account
Manager Shevonna Wheeler. The popular session allowed users to
take home information to more effectively and efficienty use
their eEmpACT system. Other well-received presentations
included Securing Your System by Corey Dietz, Customer Service
Best Practices by Tim Schram and industry partner InstaStaff's
demonstration of their robust staffing communications
technology that integrates with eEmpACT.
Complimentary
training sessions took place throughout the User Group as well
and allowed attendees the chance to learn about Query report
writing, GL/AP, V14 and resume management. Everyone was also
given the opportunity to tour the eEmpACT offices and
participate in the infamous Mall of America Scavenger Hunt!
"I would love to attend again; thank you for a
wonderful time," said one attendee. All of us at eEmpACT hope
you found the user group to be worthwhile and a strong
resource to network and gain greater knowledge of the
software. We hope you will join us for the fall user group in
San Antonio this October.
To summarize the user group,
perhaps this attendee said it best, "It's really events like
this that sets eEmpACT apart from every other enterprise
software vendor I've dealt with. This user group garnered me
more information that I could have hoped for and set me loose
with some excellent ideas to implement here in the office.
eEmpACT's willingness to embrace ttheir users' needs and the
adaptability of the product to suit our workflow is something
rarely seen and continues to earn our loyalty."
