Bond International Software, parent company of eEmpACT Software, recently shared its interim results with the London Stock Exchange (BDI) for the first half of 2006. Provider of software for international recruitment and staffing, UK-based Bond also has locations in the United States, Austrailia, South Africa and China. Some key points to note from the report for the first six months of 2006 include:

• Sales increased of 27% to $13.9 million
• Operating profit before amortization of goodwill and share-based payments up 21% to $2.8 million
• Pre-tax profit increased 19.5% to $2.3 million
• Planned expansion into the Far East market progressing strongly

“We have been pleased with the robust performance during the first half of the year; our markets are all performing extremely strongly and we are particularly excited about the opportunity in the Far East," commented Group Chief Executive Steve Russell. "Our sales pipeline is encouraging and we look forward to the second half with confidence.”
