You need your software up and running as quickly as possible - with little to no interruption in your operation. At eEmpACT, we offer the same one to two day scheduled Installation Services with each of our three options, making the process more convenient to your and your staff.
- Client Site: Stay at your home base and stay productive when we come to you.
- eEmpACT Site: Send your server to our office - where your software originated.
- Remote: Set up your new software by having us remotely connect and do the work for you.
Data is the crux of your business. Switching over to the completely integrated eEmpACT software doesn't mean you'll lose everything you've created over the years with other software systems. eEmpACT can work with you on transferring previous data, eliminating the task of re-entering customer, employee and order information.
Utilize our Data Conversion Services for front office, back office or both. We can even do custom converting, allowing you to decide what important information should be converted. eEmpACT offers a general conversion process that is completed in two phases.
Phase One - Data from your front office system is transferred into your new eEmpACT database. Your check history and beginning receivable balances from your back office system are then converted into your new eEmpACT database.
Phase Two - A few weeks after running parallel back office systems, the payroll and billing information that was created during your parallel time is cleared out. Then we re-convert your most recent check history and beginning balances.
Onsite Parallel Support Services
After installation and data conversion are complete, our Onsite Parallel Support Services provide the highest level of personalized service - a help desk at your actual desk. With a trainer at your site for up to five days, you'll have the opportunity to ask all the tough questions and to tailor our software to fit your needs. And that is precisely why we put so much effort into creating customizable features - so you can take the time to personalize the features you need and use on a daily basis.
