Annual Staff Performance Program
There's no better way to get up to speed with your eEmpACT software than our New User Training. Our five-day program breaks down the functions and capabilities of the software through an interactive, hands-on learning environment.
You decide how many people you'd like to participate and where you'd like the training to take place. If you are training just a few individuals, we offer training at our office in warm, sunny Atlanta and our headquarters right across the street from the Mall of American in Minnesota. Or if you are training a larger group, we can send one of our trainers directly to you.
Day 1: User Training (Overview, Desktop, Employee/Customer, Division/Contact/Order)
Day 2: User Training (UltraMatch, Calendar, UltraSearch, Resume Management, UltraSource)
Day 3: User Training (Job Orders, Career Order, EnTake, Resume Manager & eApprovals, Utilities)
Day 4: Administration/Payroll (Rates & Bill Codes, EnTake & Resume Manager Set Up, Process payroll/Invoices, Express Administration, Payroll Master)
Day 5: Back Office (Payroll Review/Reports, Cash Receipts, Credit/Debit Memos, Unapplied Cash)

Refresher Training is ideal as a follow up to our New User Training after you and your staff have had a chance to run the software in real-life scenarios. We will come to your location and help improve each area of your software functionality...question by question. Whether you need us for one day, four days or even the weekend our trainers will be there to help.
Train the Trainer was developed so you can measure how much information you have retained. This two-day program assesses your knowledge retention as you teach our trainers what you've learned through practical application and in-house eEmpACT training. This process allows us to see which areas need further improvement and teaching. To become certified, individuals must pass a 100-question test administered at the end of the program.
Microsoft Query Training is another custom option to help you learn the basic of the queries available. Having knowledge of running multiple queries will make your business processes run much faster and more efficiently. In this one-day training program, intended for management at your site, we will teach you the skills necessary to calculate a query. By the end of the day, you will be writing your own!
Through continuous communication with our customers, we discovered an overall theme - the desire to utilize our software more effectively. With this knowledge and our expertise, we devised a two-part process tailored to maximizing the usage of our software.
Part One - eEmpACT embarks on a two-day, in-depth analysis of your software usage which includes interviews, surveys, a management review and an assessment of your existing system set up.
Part Two - eEmpACT provides your company with a two-day customized training program tailored to improve your business software processes as identified in our analysis.
The staffing industry is fast-paced, which often doesn't allow for week-long training sessions. In response to the needs of our clients, we've developed two Specialized Training Programs to maximize specific learning and minimize time and expense.
WebEx/Phone Module Training is ideal for those who understand the basics of the software but could benefit from an in-depth understanding of specific advanced functions. In just a one or two hour session with an eEmpACT trainer who will guide you through a shared computer screen remotely, you can master whichever tool you choose.
New Hire Internet Training is the best way to get new employees trained on your system efficiently and cost-effectively. Although not a replacement to New User Training, this crash course provides a wide overview of our software - giving your new employees an understanding of the basic functions they need to being working in eEmpACT. To accommodate the schedules of new employees and keep your budgets in check, individuals simply log on to our training site where they are trained on a subscription basis.
