Annual Staff Performance Program
New User Training
There's no better way to get up to speed with me than through my New User Training. My five-day staffing software training program breaks down my functions and capabilities through an interactive, hands-on learning environment.
You decide how many people you'd like to participate and where you'd like the training to take place. If you are training just a few individuals, I offer training at my office in warm, sunny Atlanta and my headquarters right across the street from the Mall of American in Minnesota. Or if you are training a larger group, I can send one of my trainers directly to you.
Day 1: User Training (Overview, Desktop, Employee/Customer, Division/Contact/Order)
Day 2: User Training (UltraMatch, Calendar, UltraSearch, Resume Management, UltraSource)
Day 3: User Training (Job Orders, Career Order, EnTake, Resume Manager & eApprovals, Utilities)

Refresher Training is ideal as a follow up to our [New User Training hyperlink to New User Training page] after you and your staff have had a chance to run me in real-life scenarios. My staffing software services team will come to your location and help improve each area of my functionality...question by question. Whether you need them for one day, four days or even the weekend my trainers will be there to help.
Train the Trainer was developed so you can measure how much information you have retained. This two-day program assesses your knowledge retention as you teach my trainers what you've learned through practical application and in-house eEmpACT training. This process allows my trainers to see which areas need further improvement and teaching. To become certified, individuals must pass a 100-question test administered at the end of the program.
Microsoft Query Training is another custom option to help you learn the basic of the queries available. Having knowledge of running multiple queries will make your business processes run much faster and more efficiently. In this one-day training program, intended for management at your site, my trainers will teach you the skills necessary to calculate a query. By the end of the day, you will be writing your own!
Productivity Analysis Program
Through continuous communication with my customers, I've discovered an overall theme - the desire to utilize me more effectively. With this knowledge and our expertise, I've devised a two-part staffing software training process tailored to helping users maximize usage.
Part One - My training team embarks on a two-day, in-depth analysis of your software usage which includes interviews, surveys, a management review and an assessment of your existing system set up.
Part Two - My team provides your company with a two-day customized training program tailored to improve your business software processes as identified in our analysis.

WebEx/Phone Module Training is ideal for those who understand the basics of my features but could benefit from an in-depth understanding of specific advanced functions. In just a one or two hour session with an eEmpACT trainer who will guide you through a shared computer screen remotely, you can master whichever tool you choose.
New Hire Internet Training is the best way to get new employees trained efficiently and cost-effectively. Although not a replacement to New User Training, this crash course provides a wide overview of me - giving your new employees an understanding of the basic functions they need.. To accommodate the schedules of new employees and keep your budgets in check, individuals simply log on to my training site where they are trained on a subscription basis.
